The chain connecting sectional strips (6) of a roller blind consists of a number of links which are bent hair pin-fashion to form portions (2;4,5 and 3) pointing in opposite facing directions and arranged in two planes at right angles to one another. One (2) of these portions is an outwardly sprung locking portion, which locates the link relative to a strip in upward (via 5) and downward (via 4) direction and has a length greater than the width of a strip . The arrangement is pref. such that the portion forms a loop (8) above a strip for engagement by a loop of the other portion (3) of the link projecting below the next higher strip. ADVANTAGE - The links are inserted through facing openings in the walls of the sectional strips and locate themselves without the need for projections etc., in the strips.
