PURPOSE:To suppress the load current of a DC power source and to reduce a load on the power source, and to decrease the capacity of the DC power source by interrupting or reducing the current from the DC power source at the time of the operation switching or the actuation of a DC driving source. CONSTITUTION:When a device is started, a motor control circuit 33 supplies the motor current from the DC power source 25 to a DC motor 23 as the DC driving source in response to the output of a motor driving circuit 32 to rotate the motor 23. In such case, the peak current of the motor 23 is conducted only for a limited time at the time of the operation switching or starting, etc., so the current of a drum heater 8 is interrupted for reduced only when the peak current is conducted, thereby reducing the maximum load current of the power source 25. Namely, when the motor 23 is braked or reversed, the heater current supplied to the heater 8a from the power source 25 is interrupted or reduced to suppress the load current of the power source 25 and lighten the load on it, thereby reducing the capacity of the power source 25. |
