PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of exchanging the using face of a laver screen frame in an apparatus to hold a screen having different adhesivity between the top surface and back surface, transferring the frame with an endless chain and automatically performing the laver-making, dehydration, drying and peeling steps, by enabling the selection of using face of a screen arbitrarily with an exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A laver screen having different adhesivity between the top surface and back surface is held with a screen frame 1, which is transferred with an endless chain 3 to perform automatic laver-making, dehydration, drying and peeling processes. The using surface of the screen is made to be arbitrarily selectable with an exchanger 12. The exchanger 12 is composed of (A) a two-way branching lever 14 placed close to a transfer path of the 1st endless chain 3 passing a laver-making zone 4, a dehydration zone 5 and a peeling zone 6, (B) the 2nd endless chain 13 receiving the laver frame 1 from the lever 14 and transferring along a direction and (C) the 3rd endless chain 17 receiving the laver screen from the chain 13 and delivering the frame to the chain 3. Since a laver screen matching with the properties of a laver is selected, the defects of laver sheet such as breakage, shrinkage, etc., can be prevented. The labor can be saved because the exchange of the using face of the screen frame is automatically performed. |
