<p>PURPOSE:To provide information control of incoming/outgoing parts with a higher degree of freedom by furnishing a parts information memory display device at the parts accommodation box of an automated warehouse, which is to accommodate one or more sorts of parts, and by performing picking operation through a radio control means. CONSTITUTION:When parts are to be stored, an incoming station 13 accommodates the incoming parts into a parts accommodation box 1 delivered from an automated warehouse 8, when the type of parts, number of pieces and accommodation block number shall be read into an incoming/outgoing management device 6. This management device 6 gives an 'incoming' command to an automated warehouse control device 7 on the basis of given information, and 4 said accommodation box 1 is stored. When parts are to be picked, accommodation box 1 delivered by said control device 7 in response to an outgoing command from said management device 6 is sent to a picking station 14, when the type of picked parts, number of pieces, and block number shall be written in a memory 22. The operator performs picking according to the picking command display.</p> |
