PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of wrinkles and meandering by sending a film, which is made by folding a received tubular film in flat to introduce between guide plates, through a pinch roller which reciprocates 360 deg. and three turn bars which reciprocate by the specified angles. CONSTITUTION:A tubular film 7 being received is folded by guide plates 7 and sent out through a couple of pinch roller 8 as a flat film 10. The film 10 is sent to guide rolls 33, 34 through the first - third turn bars 12, 22, 30 and its tension is detected 35 and sent to the next process 36. The guide plates 7 and pinch rollers 8 are installed on a turn table 4 which is driven by a motor 5 and possible to reciprocate 360 deg. through gears 2, 2a. The rotation of the motor is geared down 3 to oscillate the turn bar 12 from side to side by 30 deg.. The turn bar 22 is made possible to reciprocate 180 deg. through separate gears 17-20 and further the turn bar 30 is oscillated by 30 deg. from side to side through gears 21, 25-28. Hereby, each turn bar 12, 22, 30 and the pinch roller 8 jointly prevent the occurrence of the wrinkles and meandering on the film. |
