PURPOSE:To manufacture a number of electrolytic analysis slides very easily, by a method wherein a plurality of resin strips formed in a specified shape are bonded to make material for slides continuously and material as resin strip is punched. CONSTITUTION:A first hoop material 16 as resin strip in which an electrode groove 23 will be formed to house a planar electrode 26 and a second hoop material 17 in which a bridge groove 24 for a bridge 41 and a spotting hole 25 for dripping a liquid sample are cut are bonded together and then, the electrode 26 is bonded to form a electrode frame material continuously. After a groove 33 for fitting a liquid distributing member 34 and an electrode hole 35 are cut therein, a third hoop material 29 and a fourth hoop material 30 are bonded together and then, the member 34 is bonded to form a liquid distribution member frame material continuously. The electrode frame material and the liquid distribution member frame material are bonded with an adhesive hoop material 38 to form an analysis slide material. In this case, the electrode 26 coincides with the supply hole 40 while the spotting hole 25 with a passage hole 39. The material thus obtained is punched in a specified shape thereby achieving a higher productivity with easy manufacture of an electrolytic analysis slide. |
