MICROORGANISM CAPABLE OF DETOXICATING FUSARIC ACID AND DETOXICATION OF FUSARIC ACID USING SAME

摘要

PURPOSE:To detoxicate fusaric acid against plant body, by treating fusaric acid with a novel nonpathogenic microbial strain belonging to Pseudomonas genus and capable of detoxicating fusaric acid against plant body. CONSTITUTION:Pseudomonas solanacearum N50A16 (FERM P-8841) which is a nonpathogenic strain capable of detoxicating fusaric acid against plant body and obtained by the conventional mutagenic treatment of Pseudomonas solanacearum is cultured in a proper medium and the obtained microbial cell and/or its cultured liquid are made to contact with fusaric acid.
