PURPOSE:To prevent the slippage of a welding overlap between different skin materials from occurring by a method wherein a first skin material is set by utilizing a positioning table and, after a second skin material is laminated to the first skin material, both the skin materials are welded under pressure with upper welding bars. CONSTITUTION:After a first skin material 2 is set above a lower electrode plate 1 so as to mate to a positioning table 3, a second skin material 4 is laminated to the first skin material 2. In this case, because the top surface of the positioning table is higher than the welding mold 6 of the lower electrode plate, the first skin material 2 can be easily positioned. In addition, because the size of the second skin material 4 can be set wider than the width between welding parts, miswelding due to the slippage of the seating position of the material 4 can be averted. The positioning table 3 is lowered by being pushed with the second skin material 4 which is pinched between the upper and lower welding molds 7 and 6 through the downward pressing of an upper electrode plate 5. In order to avoid the application of pressures excluding low pressure to the skin materials at that time, the positioning table 3 is made of a cushioning body or consists of a table, below which springs are provided. Method for welding the materials is properly selected from methods such as hot pressing, high frequency welding, ultrasonic welding and the like. |
