摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate any time less due to down time in the production line by estimating possible shortage of the material in a picth of each production step, and effecting optimum supply of raw material to each production step. CONSTITUTION:A learned production pitch is obtained from a production pitch of each production step. For this purpose, the time when the last material supply was started is filed in memory as the last material supply starting time T1, and the production pitch P1 is obtained by substrating it from the latest material supply time T2. Then a learned production pitch (xn) is obtained by the process of exponential smoothing as the production pitch learned at T2. Then, it is judged whether the materials scheduled to be delivered for that moment must be delivered from the storage. M1 and M2 indicate that the stacker has already delivered the materials from the storage to put into the production process. Each number is obtained by two equations for obtaining the number of materials able to be delivered (n), and the less one is defined as the number of materials (n) to be delivered at that moment. Such numbers M3-M5 which have not been delivered yet are compared with each other to see which one is smaller in order to start to deliver the materials determined to be shipped.</p>
