PURPOSE:To improve the width-directional accuracy and positional accuracy of a sheet by a method wherein the flow rates of two kinds of resins are adjusted with adjusting pieces on both sides of a separator and dams are provided alternately on both surfaces at the end part of the separator so as to flow the resins in the portions with no dam therein in order to realize double rows. CONSTITUTION:The flow rates of two resins A and B are adjusted by moving adjusting pieces 41 and 42, when the two resins A and B flow from manifolds 38 and 39 and between a die main body 21 and a separator 28 and a die main body 22 and the separator 28. Thin portions 46 and 47 are respectively formed in the separator 28 so as to start from the manifolds 38 and 39 respectively so as to flow one resin A between the portion 46 and the die main body 21 and between the portion 46 and a lip 23 and to flow the other resin B between the portion 47 and the die main body 22 and between the portion 47 and a lip 24. Dams 48 and 49 are alternately arranged at the end part of the separator 28. The resin B charged from an influx port 37 flows through gaps, each of which is made between a dam 49 and its adjoining dam 49. Similarly, the resin A charged from an influx port 36 flows through gaps, each of which is made between a dam 48 and its adjoining dam 48. The two resins flowing in a conflux zone 51 form a double-row sheet, when they are delivered from lips 30, which are alternately arranged. |
