PURPOSE:To obtain simplified structure to facilitate production, by dividing a band-shaped insulated thin film into many sectional planes and forming coil patterns on the respective sectional planes and folding every sectional plane of this coil base plate. CONSTITUTION:Many holes H1-Hn are disposed in order on a band-shaped insulated thin plate 11 and in its longitudinal direction, and coil patterns N1-Nn of conductors are formed around these respective holes H1-Hn, and all or a plural number of these coil patterns N1-Nn are connected in series, and these holes are overlapped to one another for composition by folding the insulated thin plate 11. Hence, because coil parts are manufactured by folding one sheet of insulated thin plate 11 on which many coil patterns N1-Nn are formed, they are simplified in structure with easy miniaturization, besides capable of being easily produced. |
