PURPOSE:To execute an inter-computer communication at a high speed by a small communication overhead of each computer, by transferring a data to a corresponding area of a shared memory from an address corresponding area of a communication request origin, informing it to an address computer by an interruption, and transferring the data to a prescribed area of the address main storage device. CONSTITUTION:In case when communication is executed between computers, in a computer 20 of a transmission side, a CPU 21 sends a transmission request to a transmission data write communication mechanism 10 with respect to a block corresponding to an address computer 20, of a communication area 24. A control part 11 of the communication mechanism 10 receives this request, and in case of a state that communication can be executed, a transmission data of the block corresponding to the address, of the communication area 24 of the request origin is transferred to the same block of a shared memory 12, and an interruption request is sent to the addressed CPU 21. When the addressed CPU 21 knows by the interruption that it is necessary to receive a message, the CPU responds to the communication mechanism 10 in a state that the message can be received, and by its response, the communication mechanism 10 transfers the data to the same block of the addressed communication area 24 from the block corresponding to the address of the shared memory 12. |
