PURPOSE:To bring steel parts and ceramic parts into close contact with each other so as to improve the wear resistance and heat resistance of a machine and to prevent product from being polluted and consequently to obtain the high purity product by a method wherein thin soft metal films are formed on the contact portions between ceramic member and a steel core and the like, onto which ceramic members are fitted, or the structural portion of an outer wall. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of members 6-10 of a screw 1 and a plurality of members 12-16 of a barrel 2 are ceramic members. A steel member, consisting of a steel shaft composed of a shaft body driving part 20 and a shaft core 19, has a steel screw part 18 and a tip screw part 17 screwing threaded ceramic members and the like to the shaft core 19 at both ends, and the shaft core 19 and the ceramic member such as a screw are fixed by clamping at the tip 17. A soft metal layer 5 is formed on the surface of the shaft core 19 in order to realize perfect fitting and close contact. On the other hand, the barrel 2 is made of tubular ceramic members at portions 12-16 where wear is violent. The exterior of the portions 12-16, a hopper, a driving part, a tip part and the like are made of steel. Further, a ceramic member is fitted also to a tip die gate part. On that portion of said steel outer tube which contacts ceramic members, a soft metal layer is formed so as to realize the close contact and the dispersion of stress between the steel member and the ceramic member. |
