A device is proposed for supporting a printed circuit board arrangement (which carries electrical/electronic components and conductor tracks) in a housing of an electrical switching apparatus. The supporting device consists of a first holding part (3), of a spacer sleeve (10) and of a second holding part (17). The first holding part (3), which projects through the printed circuit board (1) is detachably latched to the spacer sleeve (10). The ends (13 and 20) of the spacer sleeve (10) rest against the printed circuit board (1) and against the housing base (15) respectively. The second holding part (17), which is constructed as a screw, is guided from the outside through the housing base (15) and is screwed to the first holding part (3). In this case, the holding parts (3; 17) hold the printed circuit board (1) and the housing base (15) pressed against the ends (13 and 20 respectively) of the spacer sleeve (10), so that the printed circuit board (1) is mounted on the housing base (15) in a vibration-free manner and such that it is free of mechanical stresses. <IMAGE>
