<p>PURPOSE:To coat paint stably and efficiently by forming an escape communicating part for communicating the front and rear transfer holes at a site corresponding to the part of the cylindrical chip to be coated between the respective transfer holes of the conveyor belt. CONSTITUTION:The transfer holes 13 engaged with the cylindrical chip 12 and transferring the chip are formed at regular intervals on the conveyor belt 11 in the traveling direction of the conveyor belt 11. The communicating part 15 for communicating the front and rear transfer holes 13 is formed at the site corresponding to the part 14 of the cylindrical chip to be coated between the front and rear transfer holes 13 of the conveyor belt 11, and the plural transfer holes 13 are communicated. Consequently, paint is never deposited on the conveyor, even when the paint deposited on the chip is in the form of a mountain or threaded. Accordingly, paint is coated stably and efficiently.</p> |
