PURPOSE:To prevent swelling with water from occurring in an after-treatment step, by a method wherein a specified primer is applied to one side of a thermoplastic elastic sheet, printing is conducted on the sheet by using a specified ink composition, and then the sheet is integrally welded to a foamed polyolefin material sheet. CONSTITUTION:A chlorinated polypropylene primer 3 is applied to one side of a thermoplastic elastic sheet (TPE sheet) 2, and printing is conducted thereon by using an ink composition 4 prepared by blending an ink with a mixed treating agent comprising an acrylic resin and a saturated polyester resin, there by obtaining a printed TPE sheet. The printed TPE sheet is integrally welded to one or both sides of a foamed polyolefin material sheet 1. Since the printing on the composite sheet thus obtained is conducted through the chlorinated polypropylene primer, it holds well. In addition, since welding is adopted as a means for obtaining the composite sheet, the printing is not affected at all by an adhesive, particularly, a solvent in the adhesive. |
