PURPOSE:To absorb sufficiently high frequency small amplitude vibration by disposing an antifriction material providing smooth slide between the outer peripheral surface of an elastic member and the inner peripheral surface of a housing. CONSTITUTION:A rigid plate 13 capable of connecting a vibration transmitting member is secured fixedly to a generally tubular elastic member 11 surrounded by a housing 12. And an antifriction material 14 is disposed between the outer peripheral surface of the elastic member 11 and the housing 12 to permit smooth slide and absorb high frequency small amplitude vibration.
