The hydraulic accumulator is used e.g. as an energy source for a wire-less manually operated cutter or clipper which can be suspended on a wall. An electrically driven piston (4) effects the charging operating, with hydraulic fluid from a storage tank (3) being drawn back to the accumulator (1). - This can take place when the hand tool is suspended in the combined wall fixture and charger.
