PURPOSE:To improve gripping condition of resin to a screw of a uniaxial extruder by forming the resin of high viscosity and in the molten state exhausted from an exhaust port of a biaxial kneader to small mass and the resin of low viscosity to a band, and feeding both to the uniaxial extruder. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust screw parts 2, 2' having threaded flights 2a, 2'a in the same direction as the main flights 1a, 1'a and reverse handed flights 2b, 2'b opposing thereto are provided to each top end of two screw shafts 1, 1' which are inserted to a cylinder barrel 3 and rotate in the reverse direction to each other. Also, an exhaust port barrel 4 fixed by fitting to the top end of the cylinder barrel 3 with a guide barrel 5 for the exhaust port inserted and fixed thereto, and an exhaust port to the bottom thereof is provided. Protruding zones 4a, 4b protruded from both side faces of the inside surface of the exhaust port barrel 4 forming an acute top angle with concave surfaces having upper surfaces positioning with a minute clearance to an outer periphery of lower sections of the exhaust screw parts 2, 2', are formed on the extension of the axis 1, 1'. |
