PURPOSE:To apply a necessary picture pattern to a plastic film by a simple means capable of being easily incorporated in a bag making process, a film forming process or a bag making and filling process without especially providing a printing process, by pressing the plastic film at the softening temp. thereof using a press tool wherein an uneven surface and a smooth surface are combined. CONSTITUTION:Of a pair of rotary rolls 1, 2, the roll 1 has a smooth surface over the entire surface and the roll 2 is a processing roll having local uneven surfaces 3 and smooth surfaces and heated to 150 deg.C, and both rolls 1, 2 rotate in mutually opposite directions at the same peripheral speed. A plastic film 5 is a laminated product consisting of a colored low density polyethylene film and a colorless transparent polyethylene film and the low density polyethylene layer is pressed by the processing roll 2. Satin parts 6 are provided to the film 5 by the uneven surfaces 3 and smooth parts 7 are provided by the smooth surfaces 4. |
