<p>A leaflet in the form of a sheet carrying on one or both faces thereof printed, typed or written text or other information folded so as to conceal the information comprises (1) a tear line 23 running across said sheet; (2) a band 25 of non re-usable adhesive located between one edge of the sheet and said tear line; and (3) a band 26 of re-usable adhesive located on the opposite side of said tear line from said band 25, wherein the two adhesive bands are positioned on the sheet so that when the sheet is folded, it can be adhered to the two adhesive bands. The folded leaflet can be attached to a self-adhesive label. The information is read by tearing along the tear line 23 and unfolding the sheet. If desired it can then be refolded and re-sealed using the re-usable adhesive, band 26. The use of the adhesive band 25 provides evidence of tampering. <IMAGE></p> |
