PURPOSE:To obtain an image having excellent water resistance, light resistance, abrasion resistance or the like, by using magenta, yellow, cyan and black water- based inks, and incorporating at least one dye of a respectively specified formula into each of the magenta, yellow and cyan inks. CONSTITUTION:At least one dye of formula (I) is incorporated in a magenta ink, at least one dye of formula (II) is incorporated in a yellow ink, and at least one dye of formula (III) is incorporated in a cyan ink. By the use of these water-based inks and a water-based black ink, a color image is formed by an ink jet system. |
