PURPOSE:To make the high speed of printing easy by enabling the continuous printing without cooling by requiring no magnetic erasing coil, by a method wherein the deflection amount of a leaf spring is changed by incorporating a piezo-actuator int a base material, the leaf spring is made to have the force of not less than attractive force, and the printing by impact is carried out by releasing the leaf spring from the attractive surface of a yoke. CONSTITUTION:A plate is held by the tip of a yoke segmental part being bent a distance XA. When a printing signal, i.e. a voltage is impressed to piezo- actuators 21, 22, the piezo-actuator 21 is elongated in the direction of length and the piezo-actuator 22 is contracted. Therefore, a base material 13 is bent and the distance between the leaf spring 15 and the tip 11b of the yoke segmental part is widened. When the distance exceeds X, the leaf spring 15 is released and said distance reaches Xc. Then, the printing is carried out. When the voltage is turned off, each piezo-actuator returns to each original position and said distance reaches XA. Then, the leaf spring 15 is held on the attractive face 11b of the yoke. |
