PURPOSE:To permit mass production by putting a mask having many exposing holes onto an org. high-polymer film, exposing the film to form circuit patterns in the org. high-polymer film, sandwiching the resulted film with two sheets of reinforcing plates and cutting such laminate to the individual circuit patterns. CONSTITUTION:The mask having the many exposing holes which can form the desired circuit patterns is put on the org. high-polymer film (hereafter expressed as the film) contg. a refractive index changing agent and the film is exposed so that the circuit patterns are formed in the film. A polycarbonate or the like is used for the film and a methyl acrylate or the like is used for the refractive index changing agent. Such film is then sandwiched by two sheets of the reinforcing plates and is cut and separated in this state together with the reinforcing plates to the individual circuit patterns. A plate consisting of an acrylic resin or the like and having 300-5,000mum thickness is used for the reinforcing plate. |
