CONSTITUTION:Liquid raw low hardness foaming material S, which develops, for example, low hardness urethane foam, is poured in a front edge part 5 surrounded by the bank 4 of a bottom force 1, which is joined with a top force 2 by means of a hinge 3, by 70% of a fill to be charged in the front edge part 5. Simultaneously with said pouring of the material S, liquid raw high hardness foaming material H, which develops, for example, high hardness urethane foam, is poured in a rear part 6 and side parts 7 by the fill, which is the sum of the fill necessary for the rear part 6 and the side parts 7 and the remaining 30% of the fill necessary for the front edge part 5. Though being liquid, raw low harness and high hardness urethane foam materials S and H do not mix with each other due to the bank 4 and respectively thicken and expand themselves through reactions. When the materials expand to the edge of the bottom force 1, the bottom force 1 is covered by the top force 1 so as to further react the materials. After the completion of reaction, the forces are open so as to remove a seat pad, the front edge part of which has a vertically double structure with a low hardness upper part and a high hardness lower part, from the forces.
