PURPOSE:To obtain a formed pasty food having desired shape, by connecting a hollow rotary shaft to a drum having a through-hole with desired shape at the surface, supplying a raw material of pasty food from the hollow rotary shaft into the drum and extruding the material through the through-hole of the drum. CONSTITUTION:A rotary drum 11 is rotated with a shaft 14 connected to a motor 16 and is provided with through-holes 13 having desired shape at the circumference of the drum. A hollow rotary shaft 18 is attached to the other end of the rotary drum 11 and the shaft is supported by a bearing 15. A raw material for pasty food such as ground fish meat or animal meat paste is supplied from the hollow rotary shaft 18 into the rotary drum 11 and extruded through the through-holes 13 of the drum 11 to obtain the objective formed pasty food. |
