<p>PURPOSE:To improve the assembling accuracy by transferring the second member from the second preset position to the third preset position above the first preset position of the first member5, clamping a handling means at this position, and unchurching it from a manipulator and lowering it with a lifting means. CONSTITUTION:The first member 10 is positioned at the first preset position A by a positioning means, the second member 11 is positioned and held at the second preset position B by the holding means 14 of the handling means 15 of a manipulator 16. The second member 11 is then transferred to the third preset position above the first member 10 by the manipulator 16, the handling means 15 is positioned and clamped at this third preset position, and the handling means 15 is unchucked from the manipulator 16. The handling means 15 is lowered by lifting cylinders 20-22. Therefore, the first member 10 and the second member 11 are stacked, with the second member 11 positioned on the first member 10. Accordingly, there is no displacement between both members 10, 11 and the assembling accuracy is improved.</p> |
