<p>PURPOSE:To obtain plural still pictures before happening an accident and to provide facilities for clearing the cause up by sequentially and circulatingly recording the image pickup information which is obtained by a video camera installed in an automobile every prescribed period during a drive in plural semiconductor storage devices. CONSTITUTION:From the time when an engine action is detected in an engine action detection part 6 to the time when the engine stops or from the time when the engine action is detected to the time when a shock is given to a bumper 5 and the occurrence of the accident is detected by a pressure detection part 4, a control part 3 transmits a picture storage indication signal every prescribed period to the semiconductor storage device 2. When the semiconductor storage device 2 receives the first picture record indication signal, it records one field of the picture information at that time in a memory 2a at address one of the semiconductor storage device 2 and when the device 2 receives the second picture record indication signal, it records one field of the picture information in that case in a memory 2b at address two. In the same way, the picture information is recorded in a memory 2h at address eight, and after that, back to the memory 2a at address one again, picture recording is circulatingly executed while the picture record instruction signals are received.</p> |
