PURPOSE:To output the detailed fault information on a relevant flip-flop by reading out the fault information on plural flip-flops which are not incorporated to a scan bus. CONSTITUTION:The occurrence of a fault of a diagnosis circuit 10 is informed to a service device 20. The device 20 delivers an indication to a microprocessor 1 to read out the fault information on the circuit 10. Thus the microprocessor 1 executes a read instruction to read out the fault information on flip-flops 4a-4m which are not incorporated to a scan bus of a microprogram within a ROM 2. This read instruction is executed for each flip-flop which reads out the fault information on the circuit 10 and the read-out fault information is written into the RAM 2. The fault information on all flip-flops are stored in the RAM 2 and the contents of these information are read out and outputted to the device 20. |
