PURPOSE:To control inductance of a coil conductor by providing >=3 bonding parts for external connection to the coil wiring formed at the coil conductor. CONSTITUTION:When the characteristics of head cores 3 and 4 have variation or fluctuation, the head inductances are affected and the number of turns of a main coil 5 must be changed. In such a case, the actually working number of coils are decreased as long as the transfer of signals is carried out between a bonding pad 82 led out of a middle part of the coil 5 and one of two bonding pads 80 and 81 of the coil 5. Thus the head inductance can be controlled by providing a large width part (bonding pad) 80 that can be bonded at a middle part of the coil 5. |
