摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the correct over-travelling of a laser beam machine by calculating the X, Y, Z coordinates of the tip of a rotary head from the turning angle of the shaft turning a 1st cylindrical part and the shaft turning 2nd cylindrical part and detecting the over travelling of each X, Y, Z axes based on these coordinates values. CONSTITUTION:A laser light 2 is deflected to the lower part vertically along a Z axis 1 by a mirror 3 and reflected with a mirror 5. It then passes through the part of the center shaft 12 of a 1st cylindrical part 6, deflected again by a mirror 7 and irradiated on the body 11 to be worked through 2nd cylindrical pat 8. Each turning angle of the respective C axis, A axis and the moving position of the Z axis 1 are found by the signal of each position detector of the A axis, C axis and Z axis 1 of each cylindrical body. The Z coordinate of the tip of a rotary head is calculated by each found value and the control is performed by comparing this value with the set value of as the over travelling of the Z axis 1. The adjustment of the X axis and Y axis is similarly performed. In this way, a correct over travelling control can be performed without the collision of the rotary head tip with a work, etc. in a three dimensional laser beam machining.
