PURPOSE:To obtain a safe humidifying function by providing an auxiliary refrigerant cycle one end of which is connected to a connecting pipe between an outdoor side heat exchanger and an indoor side heat exchanger in a heat pump type refrigerating cycle and the other end of which is connected to the suction pipe of a compressor. CONSTITUTION:At the operation time of space heating, the discharged gas from a compressor makes a cycle in such a way that the gas flows into an indoor side heat exchanger 9 in an indoor unit b through a four-way cock and is condensed and liquefied by releasing heat and then vaporized by absorbing heat at indoor side heat exchanger 3 through a check valve 7, a connecting pipe 10, and a pressure reducing device 4 for space heating and returns back to the compressor 1 through the four-way cock 1, and an accumulator 6. At that time, an auxiliary refrigerant cycle is formed in such a way that the gas from a branched piping at the midway of the pipe 10 flows through an opened solenoid valve 11 in an auxiliary unit placed in a ceiling and an auxiliary pressure reducing device 12 and at an auxiliary heat exchanger 13 the gas is vaporized by absorbing heat of the air in the ceiling and returns back to the compressor 1. Therefore, at the exchanger 13 dehumidifying action is achieved to produce water which is transferred to the exchanger 9 of the unit b installed at the lower part of the unit c and humidifying action is able to be achieved in the room. |
