PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a bearing, by arranging a sprocket at the front side of a differential between the axles to approach to the bearing which supports the front end of an input shaft. CONSTITUTION:Of a differential unit 51 between axles, a sprocket 58, and a converter 61, in this transfer device, the sprocket 58 is positioned at the foremost position. In other words, the sprocket 58 is closely positioned just at the rear of the first bearing 44 holding the front part of the input shaft 41. Therefore, when the sprocket 58 receives a force to an output shaft 43 side, the force is imposed near the holding point by the bearing 44 in the input shaft 41. As a result, the bending moment inflicted to the input shaft 41 is reduced. Consequently, the load imposed to the bearing 44 is reduced and the durability is improved.
