Ventilation device for makeshift shelters, having an inlet-air adapter which is built into a fixed or movable wall and allows, if need be, connection of fans and filters of different types. The makeshift shelter may be any domestic room or alternatively a sauna. The return air is guided into an ante-room via a return-air adapter, a shutter assuming controlling and measuring functions. Domestic appliances such as vacuum cleaners or hair-dryers may also be used as fans.
