PURPOSE:To produce easily and inexpensively a titled bracket by forming a light alloy extrudate of which the sectional shapes intersecting orthogonally with the axial center direction in fixing parts are continuous in the axial center direction then cutting the extrudate in the direction orthogonal to the axial center and machining holes to the cut materials. CONSTITUTION:A extrudate 23 of which the sectional shapes intersecting orthogonally with the axial center are continuous to the axial center direction is formed by extrusion molding of a light alloy material in such a way that fixing parts 3 and attaching parts 7 are united to one body and that plural pieces of such parts are made continuous in the axial center direction of the parts 3. The extrudate 23 is thereafter press-cut at dotted line (a) parts in the direction intersecting orthogonally with the axial center at specified intervals in the axial center direction. Attaching holes 17, screw holes 18 and insertion holes 12, 13, 19, 20 are machined to the respective cut members by which plural pieces of brackets 1 for attaching a brake lever are produced. |
