PURPOSE:To remove the instability of magnetic characteristics of the title resin magnet in its manufacturing stage while the control of the chemical-proof property and the non-reversible magnetization of the resin magnet are being maintained by a method wherein said resin magnet is composed of a magnetic material, epoxy oligomer and specific hydrazide. CONSTITUTION:The title resin magnet is composed of a magnetic material, epoxy oligomer and the hydrazide indicated by the general formula as mentioned separately. Rare-earth magnet powder can be used as the material suitable for the above-mentioned magnet material, and the material of novolac type, polyphenol type, polyhydroxybenzene type, aromatic carboxylic acid type, cycloaliphatic type and the like can be used as the epoxy oligomer besides the condensate of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol such as diglycidyl ether bisphenol A and the like. Also, the above-mentioned hydrozide indicated by said general formula can be obtained easily by allowing hydrazine hydrate to react with the additive product of 1 mol of hydantoin of methionine and 2 mol of acrylic ester or 1 mol of hydantoin of methionine, and the additive product of 1 mol of hydantoin of methionine, 1 mol of methacrylic ester and 1 mol of acrylic ester. |
