PURPOSE:To check the connection condition of each cable by forming one continuous rout so as to pass each cable and turn back at a terminal part, in the correct connection state of each cable and detecting the continuity of this route. CONSTITUTION:A controller 11 and devices 121-12n are connected by cables 131-13n, 141-14n, and 151-15n. A terminal part 14 is connected to the output connection part 126n of a device 12, and output connection parts 127n and 128n are opened. When respective devices and cables are correctly connected, one continuous going and returning route is formed which is started from a check signal terminal Q1a of the controller 11 and is turned back in the terminal part 14 and passes all check signal lines and check signal terminals and is returned to a check signal terminal Q1b. The continuity of this going and returning route is detected in accordance with the current conducting to this route, the voltage level between check signal terminals Q1a and Q1b, or the like to discriminate whether each cable is correctly connected. |
