<p>PURPOSE:To improve the state of insulation between a primary coil and a tertiary coil as well as to enhance the safety by a method wherein a C-shaped insulated cover is used for insulation between the primary coil and the tertiary coil. CONSTITUTION:A C-shaped insulated cover 11 is fitted to the outer circumference of the tertiary coil 10 of the low tension bobbin 8 around which a primary coil 12 and a tertiary coil 10 are wound, the leadout wire of the primary coil 12 is led out on the insulated cover 11, and it is connected to the terminal 13 of a terminal board 9. Then, a magnetic core 15 is incorporated into said low tension bobbin 8 and a high tension bobbin 15. Consequently, as the wiring of the primary coil and the tertiary coil are separated completely, sufficient safety distance can be secured, the title transformer can meet the requirements of the international standards, a high degree of safety can be attained, the insulated cover can be simply incorporated, and the workability in assembling of the transformer can also be improved.</p> |
