PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality and high-performance foam product, by a method wherein different kinds of hard and soft foamed material layers are joined integrally on a common boundary surface during a curing process through an organic reaction by casting compositions of two or three or more kinds of hardness at a time in a liquid state. CONSTITUTION:A second liquid composition B is cast at the same point P as a previous casting point on a first liquid composition A through a casting port 3. In this instance, the second composition B is of about the same density as that first composition A. The second composition B is dispersed in a laminated state over a layer of the first composition A in the same locus where the first composition A has flowed and dispersed. Although both layers of the compositions A and B start foaming little by little in the meantime, as a pouring interval of the two compositions is short, the two compositions flow and disperse by following the same locus in the same direction by forming a clear boundary surface without mixing up with each other. Then a top force 4 is closed, fixed with a clamp, and foaming, expansion and curing are effected to the same for about 5min. |
