PURPOSE:To guide low-energy photons of a radiation transmitted through a subject to a detecting element efficiently and to improve density resolution by using a carbon fiber-reinforced resin for an incidence window where the radiation is made incident. CONSTITUTION:A detecting element group 6 is installed in a detector case 4 and gaseous Xe is enclosed therein. This detector case 4 is made of, for example, aluminum. The X-ray incidence window 4a is formed of carbon fiber reinforced resin and fixed to the internal surface side of the detector case 4, i.e. the front surface of the incidence path of an X-ray fan beam to the detecting element group 6. |
