PURPOSE:To reduce the traffic of a public telephone network, which is caused by charging, by providing a memory for storing the charging information registered in a charging means, in a mobile telephone set, in the charging means of the mobile telephone set. CONSTITUTION:The titled system is provided with a public communication network PSTN 1, a subscriber's line switchboard EO 2 in the PSTN 1, a subscriber's line 3, a fixed equipment 4 having a radio equipment for the mobile telephone system, a mobile telephone set 5, a fixed telephone 6, and a center 7 for executing the subscriber management of the mobile telephone system. In the telephone set 5, a charging memory is provided, and charging corresponding to a charging information amount which is stored in the charging memory is registered in the charging means through the metering means of the center 7 at every storing. As a call is executed, the charging information amount of this charging memory is decreased, and when it is used up, a call is inhibited. With this as a turning point, an application is made to the center 7, and the charging information is secured. |
