PURPOSE:The title composition having improved adhesiveness to metal without lowering the mechanical properties, comprising a polyhydric alcohol acrylate, an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid, an organic peroxide, and a propylene polymer. CONSTITUTION:A composition prepared by melt kneading (A) 100 parts by wt. of a propylene homopolymer or a copolymer with an ethylene content <= 10 wt.% having a flow index of 0.1-50 g/10 min with (B) 0.1-50 parts by wt. of (a) a polyhydric alcohol (meth)acrylate having 1-4 hydroxyl groups in the molecule and the boiling point >= 100 deg.C, or (b) the ester and a compound having at least two ethylenically unsaturated groups or allyl groups in the molecule, (C) 0.05-20 parts by wt. of an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its anhydride, and (D) 0.02-10 parts by wt. of an organic peroxide at a temperature above the melting point of ingredient (A) with a roll mill. |
