A frameless clip-on picture mount (1) has, in customary fashion, a rear wall (2) with the picture or the like and a cover (3), as wall as clips (4) which with hook parts (5) engage over the rear wall (2) and cover (3) and press them together. To be able to provide such a frameless clip-on picture mount, and especially the picture held by it, subsequently with a frame, without having to exchange the entire clip-on picture mount, provision is made for a frame (6) which with its inner contour fits onto the outline of the frameless clip-on picture mount (1), can be attached retrospectively, can be pushed or slipped over the picture mount (1) and can be non-positively and/or positively fixed (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>
