PURPOSE:To make the top and reverse surfaces of a form coincident with the top and reverse surfaces of an original by providing a 1st counter which counts the remaining number of times of copying of respective originals, a 2nd counter which counts the remaining number of times of paper feeding, and a means which sets the contents of the 1st counter at the time of jam occurrence to the contents of the 2nd counter. CONSTITUTION:When reverse surface copying operation is entered, a form stored in an intermediate tray 4 is sent out to right by a paper feed roller 10 at specific timing, and guided to a copying process part 2 from a form conveyance path, and the reverse surface of the form is copied similarly to the top surface. For this reverse surface copying, the number of times of multi-copying operation is set in a counter Y before the top surface copying operation and the counter counts down with the on signal of a form detection sensor, and the operation is repeated until the calculated value becomes zero. Further, the number of times of multi-copying operation is set before the top surface copying operation is performed in a counter YDD, which counts down every time one form is fed from the intermediate tray 4; and the contents of the counter Y are set to the set number of the counter YDD when a paper jam occurs during the reverse surface copying operation, so that the reverse surface copying operation is performed. |
