PURPOSE:To permit the flow down of oil drips, collected by a slanted surface, along the slanted surface and the sure dripping of the same into an oil sump below the slanted surface, by a method wherein a front surface of the title ventilating fan is slanted so that the size of the depth of a filter is increased from an upper part toward the lower part thereof. CONSTITUTION:A frame body 2 forms the outer peripheral part of an indoor side opening 2a and is provided with an oil sump 3 supported at the lower part thereof. A filter 5 covers the opening 2a of the frame body 2 and collects oil, contained in smoke generated at indoor side. A slanted surface 5c is formed in the front surface of the frame body so that the size of the depth of the filter 5 is increased from the upper part toward the lower part thereof. As a result, the oil in the smoke is collected by the filter 5, oil drips, which flow along the slanted surface 5c, may be dropped into the oil sump 3 surely and the contamination of a floor surface, a well surface or the like may be prevented. |
