A pin tractor for feeding blank paper for use in various printers, typewriters, etc. which are used as output devices for electronic computers, especially for personal computers. A belt (6) carrying pins is driven to turn by a toothed pulley (7) for driving provided at a frame (9) comprising one member. The toothed pulley (7) for driving is supported to the frame (9) only at one end portion thereof and the other end portion is a flange exposed outwardly. A mark (40) for positioning is provided at the exposed surface of the other end portion of the pulley.
