摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce resistance of an exhaust gas introduction passage and to produce an excellent effect throughout a wide range, by a method wherein, when an exhaust gas amount is increased during high speed running of an engine, the opening of a flow passage switching valve located in the one of exhaust gas introduction passages is increased for correction. CONSTITUTION:A turbocharger 4 is formed with a compressor 5, located in a suction pipe 2, and a turbine 6 located in an exhaust pipe 3. A turbine inlet 22 is formed with exhaust gas introduction passages 29 and 30 connected to scroll chambers 26 and 27, respectively, and a flow passage switching valve 31 is situated in the second exhaust gas introduction passage 30. In this case, the flow passage valve 31 is coupled to an actuator 47, and a pressure regulator 50 is coupled to a pipe 47 through which the actuator 41 is coupled to a compressor outlet 13. When an exhaust gas amount is increased during high speed running of an engine, an electromagnetic valve 53 is fully closed by a pressure controller 50 according to a signal from a suction amount detecting part to increase the opening of the flow passage switching valve 31 for correction.</p>
