A horse-drawn trap comprises a wheel-borne frame construction provided with one seat, with two shafts 2, 2' interconnected by at least one cross-piece 3, which shafts are connected to the wheels 1, 1' via braces 5, 5'. The braces extend upwards and forwards from the wheel axles 6 in front of which the cross-piece 3 is also located. In addition, the seat 9 is fixed on a U-shaped frame section 10 having two legs 12, 12' which are in turn connected to the frame by hinged joints 13, 13' situated in front of the axle. Between the legs 12, 12' and the braces 5, 5' are fitted spring devices 14, 14' which serve to dampen the relative vibratory movements between the main frame contruction 4 and the U-shaped frame section 10. <IMAGE> |
