PURPOSE:To obtain solidified jelly granules efficiently, by making a jelly stock solution flow out from an outlet nozzle of a stock solution feed part immersed in a solidifying solution into the solidifying solution and cutting the flow of the jelly stock solution at fixed intervals. CONSTITUTION:A jelly stock solution 5 is sent to the interior of a stock solution feed part 7 immersed in a jelly solidifying solution 5 and the jelly stock solution 5 is made to flow out as a thin flow from an outlet 9 of the stock solution feed part 7 into the solidifying solution 5. Then the thin flow of the jelly is cut by a cutter 10 at fixed intervals and dispersed as granules into the solidifying solution 5. |
