PURPOSE:To obtain a fish paste product excellent in appearance having an irregular surface pattern, by forming ground fish meat into a shape having a hole or gaps and filling the hole or gaps with sags thereof to form the shape having unevennesses and heat-treating the formed and ground fish meat. CONSTITUTION:Ground fish meat is formed into a shape having a hole 13 or gaps 33, which are then filled with sags 14 and 13 by gravitation of the ground fish meat itself to give a shape having an irregular surface. Then, the shape is fixed by heat-treating to provide the aimed fish paste product. |
